Hi , My name is Jyoti Bhaya. I had an extremely bad incident with Authorized Apple service provider in jaipur. My MacBook battery was getting drained out past 2 months ,so I had to use it on a power cord & just one week before the MacBook was coming on but the main homepage couldn’t boot on its own. I immediately thought of going to the local Apple service provider. After going there a staff called Mr.Raju did the necessary checks confirming what all was working in the MacBook & give me a recipt for the same. According to the recipt my MacBook FireWire ,USB/Dock,Camera,Speaker,Mouse,Trackpad,Optical Drive ,Ethernet,Display ,HDD,Airport/Wifi,RAM,Key Board,Bluetooth,Battery,Adapter everything was in WORKING condition as on date 23.04.15. He mentioned in the Diagnosis Details that MacBook unable to boot & Macbook not running on battery. After one day he called us saying that he has reformatted my MacBook & is ok & booting now and I can take it back . He said from his end the MacBook is repaired & we can collect it. We paid them 1500 Rs. After coming home I tried putting the laptop ON. The main screen loaded after 20 mins of wait & after that non of the switches on keyboard or any applications were opening immediately. The speed of the MacBook was spoiled badly. Right after half an hour the MacBook Died & was not coming ON. I called on their local contact no in order to ask them what have they done with my MacBook as it has completely Died. Mr Raju who repaired my laptop very casually said ,Anything can happen anytime & he is not responsible for it ,he also stated that he never said That my MacBook is repaired .He just called us to take it back. He had an extremely casual & unprofessional behaviour towards the whole situation.I thought May be i should speak to some Senior there who would be able to resolve my problem,so he handed over the phone to a girl called Miss. Ritu.,after explaining the whole thing she was not ready to accept the mistake that happened from their end & kept on Arguing & justifying themselves ,blaming me for the same. My point is my as per the Recipt I got it on 23.04.15 it clearly states that the MacBook was in a good working condition and now after I got it back from service provider …it’s as good as Garbage !!!! Acc to them my motherboard is spoiled & I need to pay them 38k for the same which is not correct & as they are the one responsible for it. I went yesterday to address the same issue in person, as I got no response from their end .I waited their for half an hour & not even a single staff entertained us. After half an hour Mr Raju & Miss Ritu came to me & said they will return my 1500 Rs & can’t do anything more . I told them the MacBook cost is 1.5 lacs & after damaging my MacBook they can’t casually say we will return 1500Rs & I she’d leave. Miss Ritu & Mr Raju kept on arguing with me & were not accepting their mistakes or repairing my MacBook. After one hour of sitting there some senior person came &
They should replace my MacBook or repair it.
