This is with reference to the Matrix SIM card taken by me in December 2014 from Bangalore Airport.To pick the SIM card back I wrote to Matrix many times, Even after communicating to the concern people and pick up guy about the time and day to pick up the SIM it was not being picked up. Matrix then deduct the 350 Rs from my credit card directly whose copy was taken in the name of document proof without any reason. PFB the details of the sim.
