I have purchased 4 tyres of Goodyear of santro car on 10th August 2010 from Tyre shoppe, sikanderpur, Gurgaon. One of the tyre got cracked and given to the dealer for replacement since it carried warranty of 3 years. After 10 days, dealer informed me that company is refusing to replace the tyre saying that the crack has developed due to stone on the road. Continue reading
I have asked for a credit card on 29th Sept. Since I needed the same urgently, I was told that it can be arranged in 7 working days if I give a fixed deposit to them. Accordingly, I gave a cheque of 90,000 to Kotak Mahindra as fixed deposit and expected the card to reach me by at least 10 days.
