I have purchased 4 tyres of Goodyear of santro car on 10th August 2010 from Tyre shoppe, sikanderpur, Gurgaon. One of the tyre got cracked and given to the dealer for replacement since it carried warranty of 3 years. After 10 days, dealer informed me that company is refusing to replace the tyre saying that the crack has developed due to stone on the road. Continue reading

I had purchased a Chevrolet Optra car last year on 03 July 2009 with company fitted Goodyear tubeless tyres fitted on alloy wheels.The car has run approximately 8400 Kms as on date. I own a GM – Aveo Car.
The company fitted tyres of Goodyear make developed a slight bump in the sidewall of the tyre and i was advised to ask for a checkup and request a warranty claim if applicable.
The warranty claim was awarded on 5th of October for one of the Tyres (Specs: Tubeless Tyre 185/60/R14 NCT5) for a claim of 35% of value of a New Tyre.
