On receiving the policy documents from the co., I am shocked to see an unsigned illustration in the policy annexed instead of the signed illustration given with the proposal. In my policy no.003014586 of Birla Sunlife Ins Co. Classic Life Premier plan, I deposited Rs.125000- as 2nd year renewal premium. The Co. has wrongly deducted 13% as premium allocation charges whereas as per the policy ,it should be only 4%. I have made several complaints to the co. but the company is not responding at all.
