non-payment of promised scholarship
My daughter was promised a scholarship of Rs.1,00,000 (40,000 in Class IX and X and 60,000 in Class XI and XII) by FIITJEE Limited if she takes admission in their Institute for four year-period. I had joined a CET 2009 batch for MBA in Time institute which is located in mulund west. At the time of admission i was promised that it would be a weekend batch, however after couple of weeks this batch was converted into a weekday batch which i couldnt attend due to my job routine.
