Two times incorrect charging of my credit card for more than Rs 16000 by matrix Cellular services
I took US international sim from Matrix in Mar,2010 when going to US. I took USD 30 monthly plan with USD 40 blackberry plan. I authorized Matrix to charge Rs 5000 on my credit card. In April they generated a bill and charged Rs.11892.47 on my Credit card. After talking to their reps for more than 15 days, they realised their mistake and agreed to refund INR 7385.60.
