I purchased a NOKIA E-63 mobile On 10/5/2010 just after 10-15 days it started restart after every call. I went to NOKIA CARE service center; they re-loaded the software and gave back still the problem continued then again next day I went they kept the handset for 2 days. Today they replied it will go to head office and cannot be repaired here it will take 10 days minimum.

I purchased a refrigerator of whirlpool on dated 12.06.09 its warranty period is one year. After 11 month later my refrigerator got out of order on 19.05.2010. Then I approached to the company on dated 19.05.10 . My complain number is KL0510011245. They had sanded two technician for repairing the refrigerator and claim Rs. 2200.
