my mobile number is 9410671495 and i accidently subscribed hollywood sizzler pack and i tried my best to unsubscribe it .I too send a msg UNSUB to 58888 but in reply it was given that i had not subscribed tom any service but every month 30 RS are deducting from my account.Service msg is coming from 58888 and it is bieng renewed every month without any proposal.

promotional calls and sms

hi,

I keep receiving a lots of promotional messages almost everyday…..can anybody help what i can do about it. I tried making a complaint to 198 airtel service provider. but they keep saying that they have forwarded the complaint. however i don’t see any resolution happening. Kindly help
