I am resident of Borivali. Platform no. 8 was supposed to be for Harbour Train facility at Borivali. But this has been used to halt Borivali local (Western) trains. It is causing big problems to majority of Borivali residents. They have to walk for 2 big platforms and by the time they reach, train leaves and they have to come again on platform # 1. MR SAXENA TELEPHONED ME ON 30.09.2011 ABOUT 2.30 PM. WHEN I DID NOT SHOW ANY INTEREST AND KEPT THE PHONE ON CRADLE , HE RANG 4 TO 5 TIMES AND CUT IT OFF AS SOON AS I TRIED TO ATTEND TO TELEPHONE CALL.

I have complaint your landline service because my landline phone will be dead very 10 to 15 days with in last 3 to 4 months.
