I have been receiving message “Your subscription for Chat Messenger service will be renewed after two days.Send UNSUB DAT to unsubscribe.Rs.15/sub” from BT-OVRSEA and the amount is being deducted from my account every month. The number to which unsubscription request to be sent is not given. Please get me out of this nasty chat service at the earliest..

This is regarding the customer care behavior. Most of the time I am facing issue with the talk time balance. sometimes they reduce my balance without informing me by activating some plan and whenever I ask for that they are not responding properly (very rude behavior) sometimes abusing also.
