On 24th Apr’15,I returned from my overseas trip at 3 AM around. Just after passport clearance I entered Delhi Airport Duty Free to buy some things and a lady was present there to assist us in buying things and was very helpful and genuine. But when I went for billing, at first I was impressed with the sales guy in convincing me to buy another chocolate box ( of 2 Kg) worth 48 Dollars (with which 24 scratch coupons were also free), and after billing that guy immediately placed my bill in the bag and rush us to the other side as there were others waiting for billing. Later I came to know the cunningness of that sales person on seeing that bill at my home that he sold the scratch coupons for 72 Dollars and chocolate box(Worth 23 dollars & weighing only 1.2 Kg) was free with it (which he initially framed it totally opposite).

I am very upset with this person and would really want to complaint this to highest authority for misleading people and making fool of people in the advantage of heavy rush at the Delhi Duty Free. I hope that Delhi Duty Free Management is not involved in this activity and will take appropriate action. I would like to highlight to Management of Delhi Duty Free that this shop is the first face of Incredible India and look what your sales staff is doing to increase sales at the counter. On the other side our Honorable Prime Minister “ Mr. Narender Modi” trying every minute to improve Image of our country at global level. I would request to “Delhi Duty Free Management” please don’t spoil the Image of our country and people living in this country for just 48 Dollars.
