Reliance Digital TV Not providing Offer

I recharged my Reliance Digital TV smart card 2005658 92640 account with Rs.2400 so that I could get the offer of Rs.2377 as shown on company’s website www. reliancedigitaltv. com on 01 April 2015 and I called the customer care no. 1800 2009001 and 186020 06666 many times and wait for customer care executive’s response for half an hour but I got no response after that I tried daily many times that customer care numbers but no executive attended my call till 05 April 2015. When I requested her to activate the silver pack on my account of Rs.2377, she replied that this offer is available@Rs.2795 and not for Rs.2377. I told her about all the problem but she rejected my request every time.
If I recharge now I have to lose Rs. 418. I have been suffering from severe mental tension and wastage of time to talk to their customer care executives. I want to discontinue my Reliance Digital TV connection and refund of my Rs.2400 of recharge and 10000 penalty for my torcher and losses.
