This is about Cavin’s milkshake. Manufacturing date 05 June 2014. I opened and found it to be spoiled like soured milk. It should be good till 180 days without refrigeration. I have bought 20 packets. This is not acceptable. I want my money back and I want you to take action against such organization who sells adulterated food to the consumers. Is this the quality they maintain? I and my wife vomited after drinking this. I want to return all the rest 18 packets and also want them to take this seriously and compensate. I am sure you will help me to resolve the issue. I am attaching photographs of the same.

I complained to the company but they did not take it seriously and provided a complaint no CK2508. This complain remains unattended till now. This is serious issue related to unhygienic food they are selling in the market and should be stopped from selling such products. They should be banned till they prove they maintain safety standards. I also want to be compensated for the the health issue I faced due to their sub-standard product.
