I am Anmeet Singh S/O Mr.Jasbir Singh, a resident of A-179 Jhilmil Colony Delhi-110095 (1st Floor). I would like to draw your kind attention towards the ill practices being followed by the cable operator of our area.
I took the connection of CCN DEN a year back , since then I am facing problems regarding bills and cable connectivity. Operator of Darshan Pooja Cable charges monthly bill as per his own wish. He does not provide authentic bills and threatens of disconnecting the cable if we do not pay the amount asked by him . Sometimes he asks for Rs200 and sometimes Rs250, and does not have any consistency for all the customers. From one floor he takes Rs200 and for other he charge the amount of Rs300 by stating various reasons of security amount etc. As per the rule , a cable operator should provide the options of all the connections(Hathway/CCN DEN etc.) to the customers , but we are left with no options other than CCN DEN provided by him.
