WE WERE HOPING THAT IRDA IS A BIG AUTHORITY BUT WE FEEL THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

We have been waiting to resolve this matter & now the Oriental bank has quietly returned our money TO OUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM of the Insurance premium which was paid as per details given by the Manager Mr Shami of the Oriental bank of commerce DLF PH II Branch

” we have credited in the right account no 06281131000648 amonut of Rs 6830/ vide cheque no 756153 on 10.07.2013 which was debited in your account and credit the same in oriental insurance co ltd account no 06281131000648 on 10.07.2013 with the mentioned your policy no.”

We are surprised to know this.& WE SUGGEST IMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THE BANK & THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

This is pure cheating & we request you that both the Oriental Bank of Commerce as well as the Oriental Insurance should be BLACK LISTED IMMEDIATELY & NO CUSTOMER SHOULD DEAL WITH THEM

WE ARE ALSO CLOSING ALL OUR ACCOUNTS WITH THEM IMMEDIATELY & ALL OUR FDRS WILL BE WITHDRAWN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN WE SHALL BE APPOINTING OUR LEGAL LAWYERS TO FILE THE CASE OF RECOVERY AS WILL WE WOULD LIKE TO PUBLISH IN THE NEWS PAPERS ABOUT THIS CASE & DEALING OF THE BANK AS WLEL AS THE INSURANCE CO.
