I have given the order to installation of CCTV in my residence premises to the above company and they installed during in Oct 2012, while installation they have not connected one camara out of 8 nos and the work still pending and the person who delt with me not even responding my calls and above that the have given the connection to that camara by joining the cable instead of a single cable which not my fault and now they are demanding addtional extra payment to complete the job. please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

They have not done the work as they themself committed which amount to gross deficiency in their services. On account of this i have sufferred a monitory loss of Rs 14500/- towards installaion and cabling cost towards the same.

i need the cabling and the installation work to be completed to my satisfaction or refund back the money which i have paid to MR Srikanth of said company.
