I,jayaraman muthu is using airtel sim(government plan) for past four years . The service of airtel was simply superb and i enjoyed using your service.

but for the past eight months i have been charged one rupee per day to continue many existing plans.when enquired with customer care executive they replied that to continue the government plan one rupee per day will be charged.

Isn,t that ridiculous you offer a plan and then widhdraw it.
apart from that we are eligebale to avail for fulltalk time facility if and only if we are making a recharge of above rupees 500

Isnt that a step mother like treatment given to us

I, hope the authorities will look into this matter and revert the one rupee charge levied per day plus make us eligible for top up recharges bellow 500rupees also

Or else we have to look into some other mobile operator services
