i am coducting a general store in dombivli, dist-thane, area. i have a idea PCO for my said shop.and I am purchasing refile to recharge my said PCO.the agent and also in your gallary they are charges more Rs.100/-on each coupan. all the refile seller and all galary holder from kalyan to dombivali are charging minimum amount Rs.100 on every coupan. such so humble request to you please take action agaisnt the network of such type of people.
