i am having a prepaid connection of idea no 9795887978 and from the last six month without registering idea is charging for useless services such as jokes and shayri and love songs, despite of communication with customer care till date services are not blocked and false assurance of deactivisation with a communication id is given by CCE.
The response given by CCE is always the same that kinldy call the other no even I tried to contact complaint cell and a CCE named ankur responded that they are not having any information regarding the same and i should call on other customer care no.
This creates a very bad feedback for such a big group that is Aditya Birla Group.
