Hi ,
I took HDFC Standerd Life Pension Plan on date 13/11/2009.Insurere was supposed to debite Rs. 15000 from my credit card in first month .and ECS starting date was 13/02/2010.From Insurer I received receipt for dedution of rs 5000 and they debited that amount fron my credit card.That was wrong.because there were suppose to debit Rs. 15000. on date 10/02/2010 they debited Rs. 15000 from my card. ECS statre from 13/02/2010.I coplaint may times to SUPPORT of HDFC statnderd Life but all was fruitless.Now I have given written comlaint to return my excess amount with interest, but they are doing nothing.

Please do the needful go get back excess debited ammount with interest.
