I had given a parcel to FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK PVT. LTD to courier it to the address specified clearly on the Parcel.
Parcel contained the Mobile phone (Model – W270, IMEI – 352485022628801) and I had clearly mentioned this while handing it over to the agent. They never objected it and weighed the Parcel and charged 90/- for the courier and gave the Acknowledgement receipt for the Parcel.
Cannote/Reference Number present in the Acknowledgement Receipt = A88499127.
But the Parcel never reached the destination even after 2 days as specified by them.
February 5th
I checked the FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK PVT. LTD website(http://www.franchexpress.com/generalsearch.htm ) to track the status of my Parcel and was shocked to see that there was no entry in the website for this Cannote/Reference Number provided in the Acknowledgement receipt.

I called up the Agent of FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK PVT. LTD to whom I had given the Parcel and they said they have no idea why my Parcel dint reach the destination. I took the details of the person who is the head incharge of this courier Service for this branch and told him about this.

February 6th
Basavaraj gave me a shock saying the Parcel never reached Local Office itself.
February 7th
I went to the Agent to whom I had handed over the Parcel and enquired about this. I was surprised to hear from agent of FRANCH EXPRESS who took the Parcel from me to forget about the Parcel.
– They also told me that there is no use in going to customer court or Police station and complain this as everyone there are corrupted and I have to give more money than what I have actually lost. (Trying to misguide me)
– They also suggested me to think that I have donated the Mobile to Thirupathi God and forget it.
I have also mailed to Corporate Office (chennai@franchexpress.com) and Regional Office of FRANCH EXPRESS (bangalore@franchexpress.com) about this fraud. But no response from them for this mail.
I have also tried calling them up their numbers.
