Respected Sir/Madam,
I the undersigned holding Gold Loan A/c. No. 21114 with your esteemed HDFC Bank, Yogi Nagar Branch for Rs. 130,200/-.
Last week in the morning at 9.30 am, I visited your Yogi Nagar Branch for renewal of my Gold Loan. I meet Lady Officer (name unknown) and informed her to renew the same and asked about details for the same. She refused to provide any details and filled one cash deposit slip with account number details and amount and told me to pay Rs.11680/- to the Teller. I paid the same at the Teller and given the Counterslip to that lady. She cross/cutted the account number mentioned on it and given it to me back. I am enclosing herewith the Counterslip in which she has cross/cutted the account number for your immediate action.
I told her that the amount she told me for renewal is wrong. She refused to listen to that also. I assure you that the said renewal charges are not accounted to my loan account and the same to deposited in her personal account. I hereby request you to please provide correct calculations against my loan and reverse the wrong charges levied by her.
I also asked her to provide necessary calculations and give in writing the necessary charges levied on my loan, but she refused to give any such papers and calculations. She has also not given the Renewal documents for Gold Loan and refused to provide the same.
I request you and the higher authorities to investigate the matter and take appropriate action / legal action against her for cheating and frauding with me. I also request you, if you could transfer the amount paid by myself to my loan account.
I am very much regret with her poor behavior and not providing any details about my loan. I would like to inform you that till date the Corrupt Lady Officer is working in the Bank and no action has been taken against her for negligence and cheating and frauding with customers like me and still she is enjoy with the money i had paid to HDFC Bank.
