Booked Gas cylinder under consumer no 9795 several months ago and received sms indicating the cash memo no 3000045902 but the cylinder not delivered till date despite repeated fervent request over phone Dealer instructed to collect the cylinder from godown being a senior citizen aged 72 with critical health issue life has become miserable without LPG for cooking.

I am aged 72 and my wife is 63 both of us are staying alone without LPG cylinder we are facing serious difficulties to cook our food not to mention the mental agony and suffering. The delivery should be prompt dealer should be penalized for poor service and customer care such event should not happen in future.
