Hello!

This is Ashish Verma, the matter is that on the date 2-11-209, I sent my friend to Music World (Park Street branch, Kolkata) to buy a set of good quality multimedia speakers, I told her specifically to buy the one which are powered (by electricity) so that the sound is quite loud and our purpose (which is to demonstrate a audio lecture to a group of people through Audio clips) is solving, and thus she told all this specifications to the people over there..

…but these staff people have very much misguided her and given her a very bad quality speakers which were not having the power input also (as they were battery powered and very poor sound), and even she told the sales person that she wants the one which have electric power input, and this person there told her that yes it’s like that only!
…she also asked many times that she wants to hear them but they also denied that, so whatever she bought them, and then after we opened them and plugged them I found that one of them is not working at-all…!

Then today I went myself to the store and told all these things… but strangely their attitude was same… they checked them, found them defected but still not agree to change them..
I also talked to the manager named Sangeeta over there but she denied all my requests to change them. It made me very much disappointed.
