: We resident of Valsaravakkam area are facing a crucial situation for the past 2 months without BSNL landline. We have old age people at home who do not have any other source of communication other than landline. It is very regret I wish to inform you that we did not expect such a worst service from the govt. If we do not get the landline within a week, I may be forced to go in for a private agency where they give excellent and immediate service. Pls take up the matter on priority and resume the landline immediately. Enough we have waited for 2 months. Our landline no. 044 24762969.
