Lava Mobile – Inaction of Mobile Repair / Service Center

I had purchased lava KKT31C. IMEI 911308050637557 mobile on 29.09.2013. Within 4 months, some problem arose in display. I go to the service center and diposite the set on 03.02.2014. As per the service centerM/S MobiTel, 3A Madam Street,1st floor.ph 03340087379, the key board be replaced, and they give 3 days time ( but not give any date by writing, on the recieving slip). And say that, the lava company has agreed to replace the faulty piece by new one but till date i have not received replacement. They give me time again time, after i going there(4 times) or my phone call ( 7 times). What are the Consumer protection Laws in this country that companies are selling such useless products and fail to honor the warranty. I demand action against Lava Mobile customer service.
