Dear Sir/Mam, This is to bring to your notice that a registered service provider (Chill Point: Mr. Haashim) has rented me a window ac against which i paid him Rs 6500. Unfortunately ac worked for only 45 days which was supposed to work for 150 days. When it was returned for service (as service & maintenance was included), till now neither ac nor the amount has been returned, although both has been promised by the lending party. Kindly take strict and prompt action.

An amount of Rs 6500 has been paid and no service has been provided. I have made more than 100 calls since last 2 months but nothing has come out.
