Airtel – Corporate 4G connection giving less than 2G speed

Took a corporate 4G connection from airtel . There was a sudden drop of speed from Sept 1 2014 and drop in network which made it un-usable . They worked on the complaint and increased the network but only for 1 day and then again the same problem was encountered after that day . They mentioned that there has been building blockage and more number of people have joined . However that is not true . There is no new building which has come up in the area ; and in a matter of 1 day the speed dropped from 8 Mbps to 0.2 Mbps and continued like that . So the number of people cannot increase in 1 day . Also when the network engineer resolved the issue for 1 day , I was getting good speed upto 6 Mbps . Hence I think they are manipulating the network everyday and getting us slow speed and then billing us for 4G speeds where as they are giving less than 2G speed

I want the network engineer to work on the issue and resolve it as they have done earlier and restore the speed to 4G speed (more than 10 Mbps)
