Flipkart Shopping Warranty Claims – Review

I bought LAVA Iris 458Q in Flipkarrt. After 8 months of usage it had problem with the touch so i given the mobile to the nearest LAVA customer service center which is located in vellore. They told the warranty is void but i produced the online flipkart bill, then they said someone has broken the seal but actually it has not went to service yet. EVen then i told to replace the display, so they told like, it will cost around 1800 and i told its okay please get ready the phone. I called them often and often there is no response, after 35 days they called and told my phone is ready, i gave 1850 rs. and got the phone. After only 1 day of usage again the phone stuck with display problem. I called him and told about the problem he said I am not responsible for that do whatever you can do. Again you need to give 1800 rs. or your phone will not get ready. Like this he is saying. I am so much disappointed with him, because of him I lost nearly 2000rs. Plaese I believing this akosha helpline only please take necessary actions to solve my problem please.

I believe in you I need not want the money I spent with the first time, just i need to resolve my problem i.e my display problem with free of cost thats enough for me
