Dear sir I want to complain against chupchaplelo.com as because I have ordered a jacket from this website on 29th of Dec 2015 which I received on 2-jan-2016 order no OID65082 but the jacket which I received and the jacket which I saw iin the website picture is far far different. So for the same I raised a mail on the same day I got delivery to chupchaplelo support for return policy but the reply I got from their side is really tremendous they are saying that this is a liquidation sale and it is written out their that the colour and size may vary but as per my knowledge I dint see any of this line wriiten out there. And if suppose somehow it might be written it is a liquidation sale then should also mention that this is one time purchase no refund policy in this product then I would never purchase this and also there are lot of complain against this website so I would request to you that please stop this bastards for doing fake business and put them behind the bars. Waiting for your kind reply.
