I recharged with rs 198 2g plan which is supposed to provide me unlimited data after 2gb is finished. but after completion of 2gb i am receiving some alerts that “u have consumed 100% data and now u will be charged from main balance”. i have been mailing my complaint since more than 21 hours. all you are doing is just refunding my balance. after complaining a number of times , you have refunded my balance whatever has been deducted. but i request you to fix my problem soon and provide me unlimited data for which i recharged. its still been deducting from my main balance.
