I am already request to u yesterday for delete my pan card in Irda portal but no response from ur side till now and I got call from reliance customer care in yesterday no is 022-39295300 and as per customer care ur pan delete defiantly date of 6-01-2016 but I am check in irda portal of my pan card not delete till now…I am request to you irda team and rajiv and kamadeep ji delete my pan card today by eod and I a wanna response from ur side and I am attach letter this mail FOR I-C received from reliance side….I am request to you irda team take a action in reliance. I am very frustrated from this problem. …If I will any harmful effects of the me responsible only reliance rajiv and kamadeep and irda team.so delete my pan card in irda portal now….

iam sudhir kumar and my already resignation in reliance and iam accept letter behalf of relaince FORM I-C. but till not delete my Pan card in IRDA PORTAL.iam request Mr Rajiv shah/kamaldeep kaur/IRDA Team delete my pan card very urgent basis of IRDA PORTAL.iam attach my FORM I-C with this mail.please revert my mail urgent basis and delete my pan card of Irda portal.
