My consumer No.is 741-685-039*8.This complaint is regarding bill No.454012386190 dated 22/12/20 . I pay your monthly bills online regularly every month. However your above bill shows an arrears of Rs.2528.68 despite the fact that the same has been paid on 16/12/2015 as per my bank account record. Please correct your records and adjust the excess billing in your next bill. Usha Suhas Kulkarni.
