I did 2 IMPS transactions on 8th Jan 2014 and I received the message from Citi Bank that Transaction has been timed out. But the money is not refunded back into my account. When I spoke to Customer Care they said that the transaction was successfully executed on 10th Jan and 15th Jan. But I didn’t receive any funds into Citi Bank Account nor ICICI Bank Account to which I was trying to transfer funds.

I want my money back thats it.
