I got a call from Citibank credit card team asking me if I would be interested in there new credit card for which i said yes and submitted all the documents to executive who came to collect the documents but even after 15 days i did not get the card or any call back or reference number from Citi bank team, when i called them they had lost my documents and from then till date i have called them many times and each time they come back saying the card cannot be issue due to various reasons and now they say the main reason is my CIBIL TransUnion Score is bad and they will never issue card, i paid 470rs to and took the CIBIL TransUnion Score and it shows it is the best and i am well qualified to get any credit card.

I never approached bank for credit card and now since they offered me the card and it was an good offer i submitted all the documents and i am sure they have lost all the documents because they are giving excuse after excuse, insulting and humiliating me on points that are wrong and incorrect i am well qualified to get any credit card and there is not a single issue which will disqualify from getting credit card.

I want compensation of 1 lakh rupees for the insult that i received from Citi Bank For over 1 month. Or Citi Bank can send me an apology with a better credit Card then the one which was initially offered and wave off Credit Card Annual Fee For Life Time.
