Deduction of balance for VAS which I have not requested to activate. Contacted Uninor Mobile customer care too many times on 20.01.2015 assured to refund within 1 hour but on 21.01.2015 refused to refund.
I have faced a damage of Deduction of Rs. 60/- from the balance. Rs. 40/- for activation of caller tune and Rs. 20/- for activation of My Music. I demand Refund of Rs. 60/- and an additional penalty on the telecom operator for violation of TRAI rules.
