I have a SBI Credit Visa Card number is 47264XXXXX4838533; I made withdrawal transaction of Rs. 100 INR from SBI ATM outlet for two times, but SBI Card Department had charged me for these transaction of Rs. 600 INR (300 INR for each withdrawal). I have informed this thing repeatedly to SBI Credit Card department, but they repeatedly charged and put extra charge on this 600 INR, while I have done payment for each statement within due date, I have informed this matter to West Bengal State Corporate Affairs Department also but none has helped me to resolve this issue at all. Please look into this matter.

I want to get relief from this extra charge while payment is made within due date
