I made advance payment Clay Telecom of 6500 to get USA SIM card for one month us in USA. As per plan I was allowed to use unlimited india and US calling with in USA. I used card as per plan and services, it was promised to me that bill will not be above 6000 RS and I will get my remaining 500 upon returning SIM CARD. I returned my sim card and now I am getting threats for collection of entire 6400 Rs bill again, however said amount is already paid advance, even I suppose to receive 500 extra paid amount back.

I want my extra paid money back and also CLAY suppose to pay the bill with my advance payment as they agreed during buying this sim card. but now they are threatening me to change my bank / cards for this amount. seems someone did fraud at CLAY end and used my advance paid 6500 rs and not deposited it to clay bill yet.
