I have booked ola cabs from hotel regency royal,periamet,ch-3 to mangadu and chitlapakkam vide crn 13124016 21/10/14@10.48.alloted tn20 cd5794.i hv ola money [prepaid} for travel.driver dropped @mangadu, without completing the journey deficiency in service due to in completion of booked travel service by ola cabs,chennai claimed a compensation of rs 5000/ for the mental agony suffered by me. repeated emails found no response at all. pl do the needful to get the compensation.
