I had booked a ticket to dubai Trip ID 1406094856. And had to change my flight, on calling Cleartrip to change the flight timings, I was told by the agent it would be cheaper cancelling the ticket and buying a new one, but was not told that it is a non-refundable ticket but was still advised to do that. After booking the new ticket I got an email saying they would let me know the refund amount, but later told me ticket was non-refundable. I would have paid the change in the flight which was Rs.7000 but on the advise of the agent who knew the ticket was non refundable I chose to book another flight through their website. And now they refuse to accept the agents mistake which is on IVR recording and have all the history and refuse to give me the refund.
