I have taken a policy from max Life Insurance Policy No.877739086 in the name of Nikhil Kulshrestha Policy Name is Max life Gain Plus 20 but at the time of taking the policy they did not told me about the 40% commission deduction at themax & giving me false information about the policy that it is a guaranteed plan but it is not a guaranteed plan.and i have paid 2 installments of Rs.80000.00 and all the information given by them is false.

I want to close the policy and i want my 80000.00 and interest on Rs.80000.00 back.
