i had booked a hotel through cleartrip.com . my booking was confirmed but when i reached the hotel they told me that there is no booking on my name. i had to face a lot of difficulties to book a new hotel. It was a holiday season so that almost all hotel was full. it was a online fraud from cleartrip.com. you can check in attached file that booking was confirmed.

i need a compensation from cleartrip.com because they have spoiled my vacations. i have to face a lot of difficulties in jaipur to book a new hotel. It is a online fraud. If i had not find new hotel, what i do with my family in jaipur. i had to spend night on road. please do needful as soon as possible.
