Flipkart Courier Changed Items before Delivery

Hi, I have placed an online request for “Redmi 1s” on 2nd September 2014; I was successfully able to place the request and made the payment immediately for Rs 5999.00. After placing the request successfully, I have received an email from Flipkart that I will get the product by 15th Sep. I got the box from Flipkart on 12th Sep, and when I opened it, I got free micro sim adapter and 3 screen guards, but when I saw the phone box, I got shocked, it was totally opened and the seal was broken, it was so heavy and not even able to close the box properly, when I opened the phone box I got a piece of stone into that, I repeat a piece of stone. I immediately call the flipkart customer care for the incident, they said that they have placed the request and it will take 48 business hours to resolve the issue, I waited for that but I did not receive any call till 15th Sep, then I called them back in 15th night for the same and they gave me another time period for the same, again I did wait. On 17th Sep I did not get any call from flipkart and then I called back them on 17th and talked to the supervisor Rohit Goel (complaint Number: 140915034523), he assured me that either I will get my phone or refund next 72 business hours. I got the call from Flipkart on 18th and as per the fraud team representative, I have to wait for another 72 more business hours to get this issue resolved, again the same, no body called me back till 22nd Sep, and when I called them back, they are saying that the complaint is not yet resolved and nobody is following the complaint, it is being more than 10 days when I placed the request, and till date there is no response from they, they have cheated me, they have received the payment on time and they send me a PIECE OF STONE. I am fed up with this company, they are so irresponsible and they are not bothering about the customer, they just want money but no customer service.
