Complaint against Online Job portal: Click2resume.com I received call from click2resume.com executive Mr. Anil Chatterjee on 01/05/2013 for getting job & he has job from abroad like HSBC, CITIBANK ready with him for me. The executive took me through the online registration process on 01/05/2013 and informed me only Rs 2000 is required for job alerts. After registering for service, he forced me to register for other service like verification, social media profiling and perfect combo. I denied for registering for these service as cost was coming to 9000. I was informed that my profile has been shortlisted and they have ready offer for me at Banks at Dubai. As soon the registration will be done I will get the all the job offers for banks at Dubai. I registered for the above service when they guaranteed that the job offer is ready for you and the bank HR will contact you immediately. During the registration process my amount 3297.00 was double deducted from my credit card. It is almost 2 months I heard anything from them. I’m calling them & writing them mails to send me job alerts and also to refund excess debit of money back but no avail. They are not responding to my mails. Mr. Anil Chatterjee who assured me that he is my relationship Manager & will guide through all job processes threaten me that even if I approach consumer court nothing will happen. I request for my entire amount refund as I have not received and single service from them till date.
