Jeeves Consumer Service Pvt , falls warranty, poor service

Hi, On April’9th, 2010, I purchase Carrier Air Conditioner (1.5) from Croma Aditya City Centre (Bill No 177-49698), Ghaziabad. At the time of purchase, I got a 2 years warranty from Carrier company along with 1 year extended warranty from Croma (which was at a price). In Mar’2013, I found that AC was not cooling properly, so I complained to Croma about it. Since the AC was within extended warranty date, Croma asked Jeeves Consumer Services Private Ltd for repairing the AC. Jeeves serviceman found that AC gas had been leaked. They did the needful and assured that company (Jeeves) provides 3 months of warranty for any futher gas leakages. This was done on 20th April, 2013 under Complain No 219282 by Mr Manoj Arya. Corma bore all expenses. After two months i.e (Jun,2013), I again faced the same problem. I contacted Jeeves for the repairs. As per Jeeves, if the problem is relating to AC leakage, they would bear all expenses. Their serviceman visited my house and found that AC gas was again leaked. From the last one month, I am regularly contacting Jeeves but they are not repairing my AC. The reason what I suppose is following:- • Extended warranty of Croma has now been lapsed. Croma will not be bearing the expenses as they did in April’13. • They are lingering the work as to pass the July 20th date. After July 20th, their 3 month warranty will lapse.

I would request Consumer Forum to look into my case and do the redressal. My expectation are as below:- • Jeeves Consumer Service Pvt should pay me the expense of refilling the AC Gas along with repairing the holes which were left unchecked in last visit. • Jeeves Consumer Service Pvt should pay me nominal damage which consumer forum feels fit for a month harassment.
