The above mentioned shop in CMR Central, is selling dummy Samsung earphones. They dont provide any bill and these earphones dont have warranty. They are openly saying that they dont have original Samsung earphones which cost Rs.550. But they are selling dummy earphones for Rs.300 using the name of Samsung. These earphones are not working after few days of purchase. When i went to ask for replacement, they openly said that the earphones which they sold are dummy and they cannot be replaced. They are resorting to unfair trade practices.

Kindly take necessary action and ban them from selling dummy products without receipts. If possible, cancel their licence. You will get to know the facts when you approach them as a customer to purchase Samsung earphones and ask them to provide you Rs.300 worth earphones which are claimed to be dummy by themselves as original earphones cost Rs.550.
