I had purchased a KTM Duke 200 bike on 05 Oct 2012, after 7-10 days of purchase date, oil leakage from engine(oil drain hole on left side) had started and authorized service center informed that its a normal leak and no need to worry about. But around 2 times same leakage happened from that same portion. After that another leakage from engine head cover for around 12 times and they had replaced gasket for around 5 times. Apart from the oil leak, there are some quality issues facing, rusting nuts and bolts, life of some parts are very less, same was confirmed by their representative. And they saying that its a premium bike. I had paid Rs.1.37 lakhs for this bike and still I need to suffer a lot from this product. Its wasting my time and money.

Earlier when oil leakage happened, I had asked their R&D head to replace the entire engine and they told that they doesn’t have any policy to do so. Now after suffering all these from the purchase month onwards, they had to replace existing with a new bike or need to refund the amount what I paid for this product.
