Dear Sir i Have place an order to print venue through order no 5141-0806-0488 for set of 20 pens and 50 visiting cards on 19 sept 2014 but i have received only 10 pens and 50 visiting cards rest 10 pens were missing from my consignment when i have written to them about this they have sent only 1 pen instead of 10 pens and now they are not responding to my complaints i have paid all amount to them in advance

i want to get my remaining pens to be sent to me and some compensation for loss of my business and my mental harassment
