Spicejet – Passenger Bag Missing no response

Dear Sir, I have book the ticket on 25 Sept 14, ticket no. J4C83C, flight no. SG15 Ahmedabad to Dubai, for Vishakha Sha (Passenger Name). unfortunately I am not received the luggage bag (Color – Red) and I book complain on Dubai Airport (DNATA) File Ref. # DXBXH34845, Spicejet Complain no. 323088 and BAG TAG # SG527962, so please give suggest when I can get bag? And Dubai air port services DNATA BAG SERVICE they told that bag is not coming in Dubai; it’s living in Ahmedabad only, so please try to send bag on next coming flight in Dubai. please give me feedback as soon as possible Best Regards, Dhiren Shah +971 55 930xxx / 050 2206xx I send same mail to spicejet before and after that no any action taken from Spicejet; so please help me

Bag value which I explain on complain AED. 3000 /- (L/S) Taxi Fare & International call in Spicejet Ahmedabad Airport on Duty officer mobile no. is 9099057161 & spicejet no, 987 180 3333 and Taxi fare (from Abu Dhabi to Dubai) for searching bag on Dubai Airport & Spicejet office (You can check on duty officer – Mr. Jasav & Mr. Vimal on Dubai Airport) AED 600 /- (3 Trip) Purchase New Cloths & appliances (for wife) due to bag missing AED 400/- Total (AED) AED. 4000/-
